To use simply push down the cookie cutter onto rolled out cookie dough, then push down on stamp handle to stamp and emboss details onto your cookie! If dough seems stuck inside cookie cutter when you lift off dough, just push on the stamp handle and it will push out your dough.
For a matching icing effect you can do the same on fondant to then attach to cooked cookies!
*** TIP - It is best to use a shortbread/sugar cookie recipe for holding shape. After cutting out your raw cookies and placing them on a baking tray, put into a fridge to set for 15-20 minutes befroe putting into your preheated oven.
