Refunds and exchanges are not given for change of mind. Refunds and exchanges are not given for digital products or VIP Lounge memberships due to the nature of these products & services.
We can gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged. This is subject to inspection, all items must be returned in their original condition – new and unused, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.
All products are thoroughly checked prior to being dispatched. Returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind or once the product has been used. It is up to the customer to check on ingredients listed in products and not use if there is the possibility of a reaction. When in doubt do not purchase or use the product. We are not liable for any reaction or irritation that may occur due to using any products purchased from the This Mum At Home shop. Products should be tested before use. Do not continue to use any product if a skin reaction or irritation occurs.
To request a refund or exchange please contact This Mum At Home via the contact page. Returns must be posted via insured traceable mail in a secure package at the customer's expense - this will not form part of the original refund.
