Ravioli Bake - For The Cheating Chef

A recipe for a cheating chef in need - Ravioli Bake. Sometimes we just need a quick and easy throw together dinner on the table and this ‘Ravioli Bake’ is just that!


.Ingredients: Serves 4
  • 600g Bag Of Ravioli
  • 1 x Pasta Sauce
  • Shredded Pizza Cheese Blend 
  • Parsley
  • Medium Casserole Baking Dish




1. Cook the ravioli until just done in a pot of boiling water. Once done drain water.

2. In a medium size casserole dish put a layer of pasta sauce around 1cm in thickness. Then place ravioli individually on top of the sauce until you have the entire dish covered just as you would a lasagne. Sprinkle with a little cheese. Spread another layer of sauce on top thinly then repeat the process until all ravioli has been used.
    3. To finish, season with some salt and pepper, sprinkle more cheese on top and then finish with some parsley.

    4. Cook in the oven for 30-30 minutes on 180c until the cheese is a golden brown.
