So If you have watched W3 March 2019 Grocery Haul and Meal Plan With Me vlog then you will know this month is going to be a series of 4 different weekly shops with 4 different Meal Plan With Me & Food Prep vlogs! WHY? Because I'm on a new Flybuys deal!!!!! For me it is spend at least $90 per week at Coles each week for 4 weeks and receive 10,000 bonus points. That 10,000 points equals $50! ... and if you have seen me do these deals before you will know I usually end up with an extra $20-$30 on top of that with my usual shopping for the month and extra boost offers etc. So its likely that I will actually end up with $70-$80 by the end of the month! All it takes is some smart meal planning :)
So being that I'm only buying for only a week but still trying to stay within my usual set monthly budget I have to be super strict and smart with my meal planning and shopping. The key here is to shop weekly but meal plan thinking ahead and that then moves into my bulk food prep as well. What ever I'm planning for meals for the week I'm thinking about what meals I can make bulk of to carry over into the coming weeks.
For such a short amount of time obviously my bulk food prep is not going to be as much as I do for a month.
