Monthly Bulk Food Prep With Me - July 2019

This month is a about ' 16 Ways To Use Bolognaise ' !!!!! I you haven't already be sure to check out that #simplesundays video because its a good one!

 

 

 

This month I've decided to do so much bolognaise simply to help those VIP's out there that message me on how they can save on their grocery bill. For us we eat meats such as chicken, sausages and mince. All 3 meats give you many options to make many different recipes. To begin with we ate a lot of these meats rather than your more expensive steaks, roasts etc multiple times during a week because we had Isabella and we were trying to save more money. Now we eat them because its what we a love to eat! One of our favorite meals to make is Spaghetti Bolognaise! For us we always have plenty of bolognaise left over that we freeze for other times during the month. BUT if we want to have something different we use the bolognaise for other recipes mentioned in that #simplesundays video ..... and the best thing about our bolognaise is that I have a ton of veggies for some great nutrition. No one even knows they are in there and its a great ways to get veggies into those bellies!
