With such a busy daily life these days I needed something to help me keep up with regular healthy eating, because really I just wasn’t! I was getting so busy with everything I had to do that quiet often I was forgetting to eat! This has caused many issues for me (take a look at my regular day and the problems I faced on the blog post).
So I came up with this ‘Daily Meal Planner For The Busy’ to have something more personalized for me to remind me to eat (and things I could eat). It also contains a section for keeping a record of drinking water (the goal is 8 cups per day). Whilst I'm pretty good with drinking water, I wasn’t quiet drinking my 8 glasses. Most days I can get to that now. It was just a matter of having the reminder.
